With 25 years in international trade, Ayşen Üstünay built a corporate career in Sales, Marketing, and Strategy.
Early health issues inspired a search for self-understanding and body awareness, leading her toward healthy nutrition. Despite an intense urban lifestyle, she maintained a strong connection to the soil, using every chance to grow her own food, which ultimately restored his health.
This personal transformation sparked a deeper curiosity about soil and health. After conventional sources fell short of providing answers, a footnote in a book led her to Dr. Elaine Ingham and Soil Food Web (SFW) training. Through SFW practices, she found the answers she sought and discovered the holistic cycle connecting soil, health, and all living things. This journey has transformed her worldview and continues to shape it.
She now sees working with microorganisms as a powerful, enjoyable, and distinctive approach for creating positive change in both personal and global health.
