Community Event | Celebrating Our First Year as a Foundation!

On October 16th, we will celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Soil Food Web Foundation. 🌱

As we pursue new ways to impact the globes soils, we continually look back to our roots.

Dr. Elaine Ingham spent more than four decades proving something the agricultural establishment did not want to accept: that the biology that naturally lives and thrives in healthy soil is more powerful, more precise, and more effective than any chemical program ever devised by humans. She built the science and taught it without compromise. She gave the world a way to understand what living soil actually is, what we lose when we destroy it, and most importantly, how to restore it mindfully with biological amendments that can be made locally, and relatively easily and inexpensively.

The Soil Food Web Foundation exists to carry that forward. And in one year, what we have seen from this community has made us genuinely, deeply grateful.

Farmers in India building vermicompost that transforms their land. Practitioners in Kenya laying the groundwork for soil restoration at scale. Students in Cyprus, in Brazil, in South Africa taking what they learned into fields and communities that needed it. Researchers, mentors, partners, and everyday people who heard the science for the first time and could not unhear it. 🌍

None of this is our accomplishment alone, the restoration of the world’s soils belongs to every person who chose to learn, to implement, to share, and to keep going even when the conventional world pushed back.

On October 16th we will gather to celebrate with voices from across the globe in a special open community session. We want to hear from you!

What has this work meant to you?

What has changed in your soil, your farm, your community?

Come be part of this.
