Alex Andreou

Alexandros Andreou serves as the Information Technology Manager for SFWS. Alex served as a Cryptography Specialist in the military before becoming a Junior Developer and Web Designer. After only two years, he was recruited as the Head Developer for an advertising agency utilizing HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON coding to generate SEO best practices across all departments. He shortly began doing his own freelance work as a consultant for website development, custom plugins, network security, and streamlining business processes for greater efficiency. He also added hardware support to his skillsets by making computer upgrades, imaging new equipment, and matching hardware and software sophistication to the end user’s performance requirements. He brought his sixteen years of IT experience to the SFWS, where he serves as the Project Manager for all IT projects, is a strategic partner for the Executive Team, and manages all contract IT staff. Alex also facilitates all IT needs for our proprietary Learning Management System and integrated Student Management System. For example, rather than trusting a Third-Party application to meet IACET requirements, Alex is building those into the core of the LMS and integrating reporting through the Student Management System upgrade.
