Pranjal Rajput
Technical Innovation Specialist
Pranjal Rajput is a technology innovator and environmental advocate bringing two decades of software engineering expertise to revolutionize how we understand and nurture soil ecosystems. With a Master’s in Information Technology from Indore University, Pranjal has architected transformative digital solutions for telecommunications, banking, and finance sectors across USA, Australia, UK, and Ireland. His technical leadership has been instrumental in shipping applications that serve millions of users globally, including a groundbreaking telco platform and the complete reinvention of a major bank’s wealth management system. A tinkerer at heart who stays hands-on with code, he has coached numerous organizations in startup culture, agile methodologies and strategic goal execution.Pranjal’s environmental awakening came through volunteering with The Nature Volunteers, a non-profit dedicated to preserving Central India’s wetlands. While documenting biodiversity through his lens, he discovered that every corner of nature teems with interconnected life – a revelation that sparked his lifelong commitment to understanding and protecting these intricate ecosystems. Coming from a farming family and carrying childhood memories of school holidays on ancestral farms, he has observed the universal struggles of conventional agriculture, from degraded soils to financial pressures – affecting farmers in both India and Australia. His frequent travels between his home base in Indore and Sydney, where he maintains significant business and investment interests, have given him unique insights into these parallel agricultural challenges across continents. At the Soil Food Web Foundation, Pranjal is pioneering AI-enabled solutions for soil microscopy and health management, weaving together artificial intelligence, IoT, blockchain, and remote sensing technologies to create breakthrough innovations for regenerative agriculture. He is spearheading the technical infrastructure to support the Foundation’s transformation into a global non-profit, enabling worldwide scaling and localization of Dr. Elaine Ingham’s crucial teachings. His mission is clear: in an era of climate crisis and soil degradation, humanity cannot afford to gamble with our only planet.Based between India and Sydney with his wife and two sons, Pranjal dreams of returning to his family’s farmland to practice the regenerative principles he champions. When not coding or strategizing, he can be found hiking with his camera, capturing nature’s intricate beauty, or occasionally unwinding with video games.
