The January 2027 Accelerator Workshop takes place at Armonía Orgánica, which has outdoor workspaces (both covered and uncovered) and indoor classrooms where we will practice microscopy.
Armonía’s mission is to serve as an example of organic product management, demonstrating ecological responsibility and supplying locally grown food.
