I received my bachelors degree in Ecology and see my study of the soil food web as an extension of my ecology education. A bio-complete soil food web maintains the healthy balance of an intact ecosystem. Reintroducing the soil food web and taking steps to maintain it mitigates the detrimental effects of broken nutrient cycles on a global scale, as well as creates the conditions for healthy, productive crops and pastures in our food systems. I hope to use my education to help growers in their journey of restoring soil health.
