Nicola Peill-Moelter

I am lifelong environmentalist with a passion for Nature-based solutions. After receiving my PhD in environmental engineering science from Caltech in 1997 I led corporate sustainability at Akamai Technologies and VMware, implementing renewable energy and product-efficiency innovation. In 2018, I read Dirt to Soil about regenerative farming principles and was hooked, an economic and scalable way to address the environmental and economic challenges of this industry. As a Soil Food Web consultant I collaborate with the farming community to adopt biological practices for better outcomes.
